Looks like a ref 14701 to me

If its a 14701 (looks indeed like it, but indices look a bit different then the ones i've seen, which is not a single bit an issue because i havent seen a lot of them) then it should have the cal 562 inside. Looks like someone did a bit of polishing to it. I've seen 14701 for sale with asking prices around 700 - 900 euro's.
