    Am I missing anything obvious to the untrained eye and what else would you needto know before parting with your harx earned cash any help wowould be much appreciated thanks

    I would like better photos of the dial. Black dials are the , most often repainted. While from those pics it looks original, id ask for better shots.

    Looks OK, price is a bit high for a spotty dial.

    And the Seamaster looks a bit heavy to me.

    Same as Daniel, until I can see a clear pic of the dial I'd say re-dial (re-paint).
