·Hello Everyone, Im new here and new to the watch world.
I was just gifted my grandfathers watch and haven't had a change to have it opened by a watchmaker yet. Just looking for any information that anyone has on it. I've been lurking and reading other posts and there is an abundance of knowledge here.
I was told my grandfather was given the watch after WW2 for his role during the war. The watch was redialed in 1968 by my father who wore it until he passed it down to me. The watch is very worn but has been around the world several times.
