Welcome
@Yousef
you appear to have a rose gold-capped black dialled ‘beefy lugged’ Seamaster
The crown looks to be a yellow-gold replacement.
The hands could well be original (and look to be radium filled) and either the dial never had lume or it was removed when the dial was cleaned.
There appears to be some loss of the minute haches around the edge of the dial.
Watches with Royal pictures/ emblems etc do appear now and again and were usually gifts from that Royal household.
they are frequently in solid gold cases.
We have seen quite a few of the Saudi versions and a couple from Bahrain but I don’t ever recall seeing one from Kuwait.
These watches were often special order from Omega but from the colour difference of the Al Sabah signature it’s possible that yours may have been amended locally.
A rose-gold black dialled Seamaster is a desirable watch but unfortunately the signature reduces the desirability for the wider market.
I know from personal experience that the vintage watch scene in Kuwait is virtually none existent (most Kuwaitis preferring new modern size watches) so your target market may be quite small.
it would be useful to know the back-story of the watch and how you came by it, as this may affect its desirability.
For a rough value it would be worth checking eBay sold listings for similarly amended watches.
I hope that helps.
