Hi OF,

I know a few were upset they missed out on the last C-Case Connie. Here is another that I got from an estate seller... a bit of a barn find... ๐Ÿ˜€

I am selling a vintage Omega Constellation 168.029 Day/Date. 31.2mil serial number dates the watch to 1971. It is a coin edge/knurled bezel in fantastic unpolished condition. Please let the pictures do the talking, but I will also point out as much as I can to make it easy. The watch is all original, and includes what appears to be a period correct box and what I think is an 1125/1175/1171 bracelet with matching 77 end links. Please chime in about the details of the bracelet if you know. The watch, bracelet, and box all come as a set (I don't have papers unfortunately). I am not considering splitting them up, but if you buy it you can. ๐Ÿ˜

Case:
The case measures 34.5mm and is in excellent condition. It has very few scratches on it and is in far better shape than the last one I listed. It really looks like it hasn't seen much wrist time. This watch appears to be unpolished and retains beautiful brushed edges and sharp mirror finish facet which I tried to show in pictures. Medallion is nice and clear. Crown is original to the watch. Crystal has likely been replaced and has a few scratches that likely will polish out. (Note that crystal also obscures text in some pictures) The white gold bezel is stunning and clearly has a different hue and shine than the rest of the stainless steel case when the light hits it.

Dial and hands:
The dial is in great condition with no apparent damage however, if we're getting picky, a few particles of dirt settled on the dial. The lume has aged to a nice warm color. All hands are original to the watch.

Movement: I bought the watch from an estate seller. It may not have been worn for decades. Crown winds a bit tight. The quick-set function works flawlessly, date changes over a bit after 12 am, and changing time is easy. However it starts and stops and will need to be serviced.

Bracelet: Bracelet appears to be a no. 12 / unmarked 1125 bracelet with "77" end links. The end links are 19mm and fit the watch tight. The clasp opens and closes snugly. There is a date stamped on it, 10-71, so I assume it is original and correct to the watch and have seen other examples of the bracelet on these 168.029's. Bracelet is nice and tight.

Box: Box is original to the watch and in great condition. Hinge works great and snaps closed relatively tight. Felt shows very minimal signs of wear. Don't know much about these so happy to take more pics if you'd like.

I try to price my watches fair and reasonably. I am asking USD $1500 shipped CONUS for this Constellation with original bracelet in its original box. Int'l at cost. Paypal/Zelle/Venmo or transferwise for int'l buyer. Happy to answer any questions by PM. No returns unless grossly misrepresented. I have a bunch of feedback here:

Thank you!
Ben

Thanks for the kind words and the interest all. It really is stunning which I think is really captured in the video.

It's now sold! It will be staying in the OF family with another collector. Thanks buyer and OF for the space.
