I’m new to this forum and to the world of vintage watches. Have recently bought an Omega Seamaster, payment is currently in escrow so I have a little time to try and authenticate it.

Please can I ask if this looks authentic? And does it look to be original or a re-dial?

Any help and advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

The pictures are pretty poor quality, it was difficult to even make out the model number let alone check the font quality, however, it looks pretty authentic as it is pictured on the omega vintage database:

The dial does have ‘automatic’ in a different position but Omega do change this up with different ‘batches’.

It's authentic, dial is genuine and not a redial. Please keep in mind, that the Cal.1010 aren't the most collectible and that the price payed should reflect it.
Here an Article about the Cal. 1000s (especially those used in Constellations)

Also don't forget to service the watch, if you intend to use it regularly.
