SO the ladies cosmic is actually 566.018, which was a touch confusing for me (THIS is a 016: https://stories.omegaforums.net/japans-chunky-ladies-seamaster-automatic-566-016-cal-680-681/). They don't come up often, but one sold (in stainless, not gold capped/filled/etc, which tend to be worth less) last month for $520. That said, ladies Omegas of this vintage tend to go at most for $500-$600 for really good examples, I'd probably put this one a bit lower than the lower range because of the gold tone and 'unknown' condition.
Someone better than me can come around on the 2576, but my estimate is about $600 at most. I see quite a few like it for sale in the $5-600 range, with solds being in the $350-$500 range. Again, sad, since the 342 bumper is a pretty cool movement, albeit one with difficult parts availability.
Your best chance to get actual value is to put the listings on ebay starting with a 0.01 bid and seeing what they get.
