Could anyone provide a rationale for judging the authenticity of timepieces like this?

My guess is that it's a redial. The markers don't appear to line up in the small dial and the swiss made doesn't seem to be totally correct either. The last s in swiss seems to be a bit wonky. I am not 100% sure, it could be just because of my computer monitor.

 

I am convinced it is a redial. It is not even a good one.

 

Hi,for me is hard to tell something frome that pics because i am on mobile.First thing,ask seller if is authentic dial or repainted.If seller tell you authentic and is not authentic,you take money back,right? Second thing to do for you,take reference number from back case,number from mouvement and search an google ,you will find pictures with that reference number.And here,on this site i see are many omega lover,they can tell me more.
