Vintage Omega Re-seller in UK...

Good afternoon Gentlemen,

I'm opening this topic to ask you if you know or recommend any Vintage Omega reseller (reliable, trustable) here in UK...

My question is just because I'm potentially looking to add one piece to my collection (or a Seamaster 300 165.014 or a Seamaster Chrono with 861 or 321 movement) and I would like to know your opinion or recommendations for some serious sellers here in UK!!

Of course, I know that the forum Market place is very trustworthy and here is full of very competent people but nowadays there is not very much difference in price between a private collector who wants to sell a piece and a decent and honest reseller that is offering much more guarantee, etc... That's all...

Thank you very much for your help!!

Matt.

Like the “pour le Merite” in your avatar. Or May be a fly back tourbillon.

It is a Lange 1815 Tourbillion Chrono!! Lovely watch and I believe it is discontinued since few years now...

You can try Corr Vintage Watches.

John is pretty decent and I've bought 2 or 3 from him in the past. He doesn't tend to have loads of inventory at any one time, but he can hunt things down for you if you ask.

I’ve always thought the selection at Black Bough is pretty impressive.

Not the cheapest, but the info and presentation is really thorough, and very well photographed.

I’ve not bought any watches from them, but I’ve bought a dozen or so straps and three of their leather rolls, and they’ve been super helpful and friendly.

Vision Vintage Watches always have an interesting inventory and seem to have original pieces. Definitely not the cheapest and quite expensive but I think that is true on the UK market in general but they are much cheaper than the central London dealers. Not purchased from them but we’re always helpful in items I had enquired about in the past

I’ve used Parker’s Jewellers & Vintage & Prestige. Both great to deal with.

I've bought 2 watches from Vintage & Prestige and the service is excellent. Andrew is a thoroughly decent and knowledgeble guy.
They also present at lots of Vintage car shows. They are well worth a look

Agree black bough takes ace pictures and has nice watches but I never bought. All look nice.

Parker’s were also great to deal with, and engaged in a bit of haggle.
