Vintage Omega mid size 2300/10

Hi, all. First post here. A good buddy of mine bought a beautiful vintage Omega with this serial number. 2300/10, does anyone have any idea of build date, or any other info.
Any thing at all would be greatly appreciated. It also has a rose gold bezel and winder.

“2300” is not the serial number. It is the case reference or model number.
