Movement is the 565 number on the movement itself.

Case reference number is the seven digit number inside the caseback.

Hows the overall condition? Is it repainted any parts that are changed? Or not original?

It is a 1972 Geneve dress watch, with case in 9K gold. It looks to be original. I cannot tell from your pics about the crown but if it has the omega on it I would say it is probably right..
I won't venture a price: if it were a Constellation I would have a better idea. Geneves are not generally a popular collecting area unless they have something special about them (and there are some very attractive ones), so the price would have to be well below a roughly comparable Constellation or Seamaster. That actually doesn't make much sense, as they are not comparable types of watches, but anyway...
You may get some idea of 9K gold watch prices for Omegas from doing an ebay search, e.g. "omega 9k gold watch" in the sold category. Good luck.

Condition is pretty good with only some minor flaws. 34 million serial number suggests early 1970s. Decent entry-level piece wth a good movement. You will get more information if you engage more by choosing an avatar, introducing yourself, and providing more information about the watch, i.e. where did you find it? What is the asking price? etc.
