Hi gents, I have no idea what this is or is worth, its on offer for $350, can you help?

 

Hi, it looks like an early 80-ies Omega Seamaster, probably quartz. Would need to see the back and ideally the movement as well to confirm it is not a fake. Difficult to value, since these are not very collectible (yet). If it is genuine, in good condition and you like the model, the price is probably reasonable.
