Vintage Omega Help

Can I get some info on this watch ? Does it have any value because I want to know how much I could pump into it. It is running, but fast.

Now that... I have never seen before. You know if it had Franck Muller on the dial instead of Omega, it wouldn't even look the least bit out of place with that design.

Movement looks like it had some sort of goldish-coppery plating on it that's worn down, I've not seen decorative stippling like that on an Omega movement before, but I've never seen an Omega like that before either. Guess this is another one I'll be leaving for more experienced hands to evaluate.
