Vintage Omega Help

Hello Everyone.

I have some questions for the forum.

I own an Omega 3590.50 Apollo XI that has never been worn or sized and has the
rear case sticker still in place and the case plastics. My father purchased this watch on July 12 1993. I also
have the astronaut Jim Stafford signed paperwork, the apollo patch, manual, wooden
box, identity card, and the original cardboard box. Basically everything you would have
received when purchased. The watch is in brand new condition.

I also have another Omega purchased new and never worn or sized. It is a SeaMaster
25988000. Like the apollo I have all of the paperwork and box and all of the original
plastics on the case are in place. I even have the receipt of purchase from 9 16 1994.

I also have a Tudor Big Block that has never been worn or sized with all of the corresponding
paperwork and box.

My first question is how do I go about getting a real world price on these watches?

My second is I have a large watch collection of about 50 plus Rolex, Omega, Tudor, and Breitling
watches that I am interested in selling. What is the most efficient and value oriented way
to sell my collection?

Third what do you guys think of Chrono24 as an avenue to sell my collection?

Take the best photos you can and throw them on EBay.

Start with a no reserve auction, this will let you see the true value.

Interesting problem if you don't know much about watch values.

Let us know what city are you in. I am sure a local member here would be happy to help you out and get a fair price for any collectable watches in your collection.

Good luck

If you are in the US then maybe @janice&fred could come and offer you a bulk price to take the lot off your hands 馃槈

Thanks for quick responses. When it comes to new watches I feel I have a pretty good idea
but the older watches I am struggling to gauge.
I live in northeastern Pennsylvania

Take a look at prices for your watches as listed on https://watchcharts.com/watches

Add your watches to a 'Watch Collection' on chrono24.com and view the Progress of Estimated Worth

Search eBay for your watches, then Filter on 'Sold Items'

This should give you a pretty good idea of the value for each.

You can also sell on Reddit, which will allow you to sell multiple watches individually in one post. You just mark what has been sold as it happens

I would approach a reputable auction company. Before you'd commit, they can provide you with free estimates, because of the bulk sale you're in ideal position to negotiate the commission, and auctions are the best way to get the closest to market value (if not more) for your watches. All that with the least effort from your side.
They might even do a "one owner collection special" auction for you, which is quite cool
