Vanallard
·A nice, clean example that would be ideal for someone looking to buy their first vintage Omega watch. This Geneve is in very nice overall condition and has been serviced recently.
Dial: original, champagne colour sunburst dial in excellent condition. Applied two tone markers and Omega sign.
Movement: 17 jewel manually wound cal. 601 movement. Adjusted to two positions.
Service: the watch was serviced in January 2018. The three last pictures were taken by the watchmaker during/after servicing. A service receipt will be provided with the sale.
Case: gold plated bezel and stainless steel case back.The case is in very good condition overall; however, the case back has been polished (hence, no "Waterproof" mark).
Crown: replaced during servicing with the correct, Omega signed crown.
Serial Number: 27,xxx,xxx - dating this particular watch to ~ 1969
Reference number: 135.041
Very nicely sized for a vintage watch at just under 35mm without the crown and just over 37mm with the crown.
The watch is paired with a brand new leather strap.
Watch and I are located in Vancouver, BC.
