How about a short introduction?

Watch looks small, do you know the size?

Looks dirty and is probably in need of a service. I would guess Omega Cal. 620.
These watches are not really that desirable and 200USD would be a bit high for me. Will not be an investment, but if you like it why not.

Without pictures of the movement or the inside of the case, it is impossible to tell if it is genuine. It was common for people to replace the mechanical movement with a much cheaper quartz movement rather than pay for a repair or cleaning.

What about this constellation from the same seller, it's 35mm from the 60s for around 900 usd

That dial is too damaged for me at any price. Case has been heavily polished and buckle is not correct.

Hard pass.

PS - Tell the seller that this watch is from the mid-1950’s, not the ‘60’s.

Both watches are plausibly legit based on limited photos. As noted previously, without seeing the inside it's impossible to totally verify that the parts are correct.

Neither of the watches would be of interest to me, but more generally I think you should decide for yourself about price and condition. If you truly join this community and engage with the members, over time you will see many examples of watches and get a sense of what you like and how much they are worth.

Pass on both. That dial of constellation is awful.
