Looking to sell an Omega Centenary reference 2500 in solid 18k gold. For those not familiar with the Centenary models, the 2500 is the larger variant (compared to the 2499) and measures approximately 35mm not including the crown. My understanding is that only 4000 examples of the ref. 2500 were manufactured making it a fairly uncommon model.

Lots of great info about the Centenary can be found in the following thread:

The dial has some spotting that I’ve tried to capture in the photographs.

I believe the Omega crown is original to the watch.

Service history is unknown but the watch winds smoothly and is keeping time. Exact accuracy has not been checked.

Pictured strap is included. No other accessories.

The watch with movement weighs 37 grams so there’s likely about 25 grams of gold between the case and dial, which is a significant value (~$1750) given the current price of gold.

Price: $2500 USD (net) by Wise, plus shipping costs from Canada. I believe this is the least expensive ref. 2500 in the market currently.

References from past purchases and sales:

No trades at this time as I’m saving up for a vintage PP!

I’ve listed the watch locally for $3250 CAD (~2250USD). I’ll extend that offer to OF members, and will keep the watch if it doesn’t sell at that price.
