Vintage Omega button & stem

Hi all,
I bought this Omega as part of a parcel. It came with a loose button and stem but you could immediately tell it wasn't the right one. It's too short to reach through the tube and connect with the movement. Can anyone tell me which button and stem I should be looking to source and the best place to get one.
