I recommend the mysterious Trematic (sometimes branded Keystone). Below $1000 (sometimes well below), 37mm, stainless steel, Roman numerals, nice Bidynator movement, most in terrific condition... probably from a cache of watches that never made it to market, or put together Watchco-style from NOS parts, thus the mystery and reasonable price.

sometimes you may have luck to search the treasure in ebay, and all the good stuff is by chance!
i bought three Movado with 2 years, the left one cost around US350, the right Tiffany Movado is about the same, what the hell the middle one, all original included the strap and buckle just for 800 euro, all come in excellent conditions and original dial!

Asking is $2500 but accepts offers. If it was cheap and I was a buyer I'd be on it. I saw enough interest in this thread to at least figure it'd be of interest to a few of the crew here. Watch seems to be located in Greece...
