Looking to purchase a watch for my mother in-law.

Desirable:
- small size (under 30 mm),
- a metal bracelet,
- and some glam like gold, diamonds, or other jewels.
- It can be manual, automatic or even battery powered.
- It has to be in good condition (functionality and cosmetics).
- A few hundred dollars at most.
