Vintage ID Help: Seamaster Cosmic

Just got this from an uncle. Supposedly legit but I can't find any seamaster cosmic that are similar. From what I can find on the web, it looks closer to a de ville. If anyone could tell me if it is legit or a Frankenstein, that would be greatly appreciated

It is a Seamaster DE VILLE. Someone has refinished the dial incorrectly.
