·This is another catch that was not expected but fortunately landed on my hands. Its the very first model of the Grand Seiko that is powered by the chronometer rated cal. 3180 manual wind movement. I believe this particular watch is one of the earliest produced with a manufacture date of April, 1960. It also has the very rare painted logo dial which was used only for less than one year when introduced in 1960. This model had only a 3 year run from 1960-63. After the painted logo, they switched to engraved logos and towards the end of its production, Seiko changed it to applied logos. The case is an 80 micron gold rolled case with a diameter of 35mm. The dial is great for its age.
