Vintage gold Omega De Ville - ID & advice

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate the watch ID and any information you can share about this watch. The watch belonged to my late grandfather, and I believe he received it as a gift from his Swiss partners sometime in the early 1960s. The watch itself is the only thing I have; the bracelet was sold by my great-grandmother years ago.

I also seek any advice on repair and restoration, including the expected budget for the job.

The photos are attached. (I also attached a photo from the Internet that appears to be the same or a similar model - the gold bracelet is the same, as I remember. Unfortunately, no additional info was provided)

Thanks in advance!

Forgot to mention, the dimensions (square) are 24 x 28 mm

The watch is in working condition.

It's a gold-filled DeVille, unfortunately in poor condition. If you have the back removed, the reference number will be inside.

Anyone? Or is this a really rare watch?
Nikolaj, hello.

The best you can do is to clean case out of dirt and ask local watchmaker for service as it's a part of story of your family..
That's the only reason why you should spend your time and money on this exemplare, do to overall condition which is bad, as mentioned.
No reason to invest in better case purchasing and dial changing - it would cost more than this watch cost in the end of all.
