Vintage Gold? Buckle ID help

I picked up a watch at my Watchmakers today, and he offered this buckle to me.
Can any of you help ID this.
The main buckle "appears" to be rose gold, while the hasp looks brass, 14mm strap size

I used to have a Seamaster DeVille .. the Omega strap had a buckle such as that one ..
