Vintage early 1900’s Rolex (Any Info is appreciated)

I have picked up this piece... It is in rough condition but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this and maybe a ballpark value.

welcome to the forum.

i can't give much on the originality of it, but in general women's watches do not command nearly as much as men's watches. i very much doubt that yours would break this trend. could be earlier, but i'd guess 1950's-60's.

also just a suggestion, while most members on here fancy watches of various brands, as a first post you might be better off posting on a forum of the same mark as your watch of question.
