Vintage De Ville ID/Authenticity?

Hey all, sorry to bother with another vintage ID/authenticity thread. Please let me know if it's poor etiquette/against rules to post several of these threads and I'll stop. Found another what looks like a 70s era gold De Ville. Just a couple questions. In a previous thread someone mentioned that genuine Omegas don't have gold content engravings on the back, but this one says "10K Gold Filled" on the back casing. Also, any idea of the reference number? It doesn't really matter but is this a women's or men's watch? Thanks again, learning lots.

Looks fine to me, most likely a US made case, possibly by the Star Watch Case Company.

Curious if the bracelet is original or added on? Should be signed, but this one is clamped onto the lugs of the watch

Holes in the lugs (inside). Not original and Omega would have welded the bracelet to the case.

Hmm I was told the bracelet is original. So this is fake? Thank you

Not 100% sure, but stamping looks sloppy, so not sure if genuine.

Reference stamped in back 8642
