I found this old watch and was wondering if it is worth anything and if so who should I take it too.

Caravelle is a subsidiary of Bulova. The brand became Bulova's entry level offering in the 1960s. Your example should have a date code stamped on the case or movement, where the first letter indicates the decade, and second number is the production year in that decade.

Your watch has characteristics similar to these shown in ads from the late 1960s to early 70s.

A vintage watchmaker can service your watch. Just be aware that the service cost may be more than what the watch is worth.
