Vintage 50's Omega real or not?

Long story short, I got this as a gift and I just wanna be sure it's a real one. If not, I'm okay with that, not a big watch guy anyway. I'm aware the crown doesn't have an Omega logo which is a red flag I assume. Thanks in advance.

Edit: The cases back is plain.

The parts are genuine Omega, but the movement has likely been replaced with one about 10 years never than the case. The dial has been refinished also.
