Looking to sell a rare vintage Hamilton Coronado that was manufactured from 1930-2. Only 1524 examples were made in solid 14k yellow gold. It originally sold for a hefty price of $125.

Fantastic Art Deco design with a black enamel bezel. Wears considerably larger than most tank style watches of the era (29mm wide and 43mm long). Hinged/pivoting lugs.

The dial had a faint thin line when I bought the watch and I was able to purchase a mint dial from vintagehamilton.com and had it installed a few months ago when the watch was serviced (by the German Watchmaker in Vancouver). Last photo shows the watch with the original dial, which will be included. Service card will be included.

I will be in Chicago from Sept 1-5 and can ship with USPS/UPS to US based members.

Pictured band and Hamilton box are included.

Price: $2500 USD net via Transferwise. You’ll be hard pressed to find a cleaner, serviced example at this price.

Not interested in trades at this time.

I'll open it up to trades/partial trades for solid gold Omegas and Zeniths from the 50-70s.

Darn… I’ve had a jones for one of these for years. Alas I already have too many dress watches for a retired guy. Just magnificent.

For those on the fence about this case shape, 29mm wide is actually large for these. This thing is a total statement piece. Anyone can have a Reverso or Cartier tank, but nobody will have one of these!

It definitely wears considerably larger than a typical 29mm watch. Here it is next to a standard 34.5mm SMD
