Vintage 16mm Stainless Omega Buckle w/ 18mm leather strap (Seamaster, Constellation, Speedmaster)

I have a mess of vintage 16mm stainless steel buckles for sale. My understanding is that these buckles were sold on Omega straps for all sorts of watches (connies, Seamasters, etc.). Unlike most of the buckles on eBay, these buckles are 100% authentic, not some cheap (some people are paying $50 for fakes 😲), unattractive counterfeits.

You may be curious why I have so many buckles - long story short, the best laid plans of mice and men...

Last year a good friend of mine decided he was going to make some custom leather straps. I told him I would help source some buckles and decided if I could find vintage Omega buckles that’d be even better. I ended up buying too many buckles compared to the straps he made... because he never made any ☕

So I bought myself some straps to wear the buckles on for my own watches. I’ve outfitted a lot of straps for my own collection 😎 but still had some buckles left, so I bought a few of my favorite straps to sell the extra buckles on.

The straps aren’t really appropriate for the 1958 Seamaster Calibre 503 for which the buckle is intended.
