Vintage 165.024 Real? Fake? Some real, some fake?

Hello! First time posting, long time reader. I am excited to get some feedback from the experts out there. I recently acquired this Seamaster from an estate, but upon closer inspection it is throwing me off a bit. The movement looks genuine and dates to 1963. But the rest… not so sure. What do you think?

Thanks!

Nothing is correct.
Sorry this is too harsh. At least the dial and case back are not correct.

Thank you for your replies. Greatly appreciated. Should have gone with my gut. The real movement threw me off, but I knew everything else didn’t match, even just the condition didn’t make sense. Oh well, live and learn.

Everything’s fake bar the movement. These are the newer generation of SM300 fakes in that they no longer have stubborn etc but fake nonetheless
