Very unique 1970s Longines!! I haven't seen anything like it

I scored this super unique and funky Longines watch from a pawn shop. I haven't been able to find anything like it online anywhere. Unfortunately the crystal is glass and has some scratches. The blue print seems to be underneath the glass and would be destroyed if the crystal were to be removed... What can I do about this? Nothing?
