For sale is my seldom worn but well cared for OT14368 Ultima Chronometer. The Ultima is a watch that genuinely deserves the title rare, a hooded lug solid 18K gold version of the Seamaster with a Chronometer rated movement, comparable to the Constellation Grand Luxe in market positon. This pieces was serviced about 4 years ago and has been in a vault since then. It comes on a lizard print leather strap and at wears very large compared to regular 34.5mm Seamaster models due to its smooth bezel and large hooded lugs.

This is a very nice, very clean and well cared for example with one of the best dials seen in the reference.

I'm asking $6,400 USD + shipping

I was like who put “very rare” in a for sale description they must be punished!!! Then I saw it was @dsio ... I’ll admit I was then intrigued.

opened the link and was WOW!!!

There is also a part of me that thinks this is under valued as someone out there needs this to complete or star in a collection.

It reminds me of that gold Rolex cellini I had when I first joined here. I agree with the OP description my cellini had a similar set up with the lugs and although it was smaller it wore well. I actually prefer this omega for numerous reasons anyway
