This one has being going around for quite a while.

The case looks very shiny and polished, there being no picture of the case back I can only assume that it too is over polished.

The dial looks tired, kind of washed out and faded, and although it is probably being pimped up as being ´tropical´ I don´t like it. Some references of Railmaster, I think -3 and -4, were fitted with Dauphine hands, so I think they are correct but I´m not sure about that seconds hand, I´m always a little suspicious of a lollipop with a spear at the end when fitted to a 2913 or 2914. Here´s a lollipop for reference, fitted to a 2913.

No bracelet either, which will add over 1000 Euro to the price if a 7077/6 or 7912/6 needs to be found. Taking outlay to 6K Euro

    For me a resounding ´No´

    +1 on that.

Too polished and dauphine hands (correct on a 2914-4 and matching the cal. 285 - cal. 284 on the early ones) are not as desirable as Broad arrow hands. Furthermore they look relumed to me/ lume should be a thinner line.
The dial's lume on the markers also look relumed/overfilled, but would need a more clear Picture.
Already a bid of 5.000 euro ::screwloose::
Here's a few shots of my 2914-3 to compare the dial markers for instance.
