·You might want to consider Archer if your main criteria is quality.
I had my Speedmaster serviced by him a couple months ago and the quality of service is second to none. He documents the service in extreme detail.
He uses a courier that specialized in jewellery, so even though he is in Ontario and you are in Vancouver, you may want to consider him.

·Roldorf in Gastown is also excellent. And they have a tonne of atmosphere and watches to buy too, a destination to visit for sure
