    Horrible redial.
We will have to see it inside to know if it's even worse (fake)

Repainted dial. But the watch could also be entirely fake as mentioned above.

As already said the watch is at the very least an unattractive re-dialled watch, this means that the dial has been refurbished, repainted, replaced or generally messed around with presumably in order to make it look better at some point in it's history. The attempt failed.

To find out more information you need to get the watch opened and get photos of the inside of the caseback and the watch mechanism itself. This will help confirm a lot more about the watch or maybe show that it is a complete fake as a worse case scenario

Genuine watch (albeit that's quite worn), with a fantasy redial. Value at best is a couple of hundred of your chosen currency.

You can check out this thread for many, many more redials https://omegaforums.net/threads/worst-redials.2304/. Usually, a redial is of zero interest to a collector. As long as its not a fake watch then if you like it, certainly enjoy it.

Maybe have the dial repainted again by a better redial artist?
