Anyone know if this code applies to a purchase made via "make an offer"? It's kind of a "buy it now" but not necessarily at full price, which is probably what they're aiming for.

They had a one day Tech sale yesterday 10% off up to 100$ ,, missed it as I just bought a used Mac lap top 24 hours eariler ! augh ... could have save an additional 75$. I going to cry now..... Bill
I was watching a Seiko 6105-8110 box on ebay for a while but it was pretty pricey shipping from Italy (they want 35 euros to ship an empty watch box to the U.S.). That being said I haven't seen any other boxes like this for sale online and my 6105 has the paperwork/booklets and was just missing the box to make it perfect. The coupon worked but then ebay Italy wouldn't let me buy unless I had them call me with a verification code. Texting/emailing is one thing but it would only allow phone calls giving me the code in Italian which I don't speak and so I couldn't get the code. After repeated attempts I gave up but then ebay showed that I had purchased/paid for it. The coupon saved me 27 Euros which was enough to push me towards buying it. I think it was a good marketing ploy on their part.
