I know this catalog but I forgot about this watch. Thanks for posting it. Though it is a bit difficult to tell from the image, I agree that the hands look to be a combination of dark (presumably blue) and light (presumably silver). I will say that the hour and minute hands look to be of a different style than is typical of Longines from the 1940s. But still, it is an intriguing addition to our discussion.

This posting is very interesting, thanks. Indeed it looks like a combination of blue and silver hands. So it seems that everything is possible in the Longines universe.

copy out of an official Longines sales catalogue 1941 (one year apart, from the watch in question),
black dial, blued steel luminous hour and minute hand, silver hand at small seconds as far as I can see...

Am I the only one who thinks the '18 jewels' on the dial makes it look cheap?

For 300 CHF you can get confirmation from Longines.

Any thoughts on blue hands with grey dials or 13ZN handsets with blue and silver hands?

You can always ask about the details of the dial as per register from heritage department. But for this price I might just send the watch to confirm and get a formal certificate from Longines as a seller instead of the free certification. If I had the money to buy this I will need that certificate from Longines.
