The hospital system I work for is doing an Allscripts to Epic conversion, my portion of which is bringing the new Blood Bank system on line. Currently the vendor is doing database copies and upgrading the software, so it was time to come do some late OF perusal.

Working overnight is never fun, but at least you have the OF to keep you company!

The good thing about OF it's 24/7. If the Americans wont post you always have the rest of the world. Also good for people who dont sleep well. : )

I recently had to pull and all nighter for work and OF and watch articles helped get me through the down time as well.

I’m at it again unfortunately. Mainly hanging around in a holding pattern so once again OF and Hodinkee are keeping me alive.

This watch does not photograph well in artificial light. Looks amazing in nature light however.

I save the photo reports because they’re very long and burn a lot of time to go through the eye candy. Mainly just look at the pictures of new stuff and some descriptions. Don’t have it in me to read most of it.

I do citrix engineering/architecture/support and used to work in the health care field often, not so much recently but those were not fond times when a hospital has to go on downtime procedures! Good luck!
