Up for sale is my black Rolex Daytona 116500LN.

Bought this from the A.D. back in January. When it arrived, I had the A.D. install the Everest leather band I had purchased for it but I ended up putting the watch in my safe and haven’t worn it. I’m including the Everest band with the watch.

Asking $25k

Watch is located in the U.S. and I will ship within the U.S. fully insured.

It's a very naive remark. There's no such thing as a free meal. To get a Daytona at retail you have to be a big spender at the AD. I have been down that road and believe me, it's not always worth it even when you can "double your money" on the watch.
