Came across this X-33 for sale over on WUS:

    572C8C72-CC85-41FB-90A9-59D85E571295.jpeg

    Seems like a nice Gen2 X-33 but:

—- the warranty card lists the PIC number as 31892427901001 which isn’t the usual Gen2 number (3291.50)
—- the serial number is 91xxxxxxx which is way out of range for the Gen2 (mostly 58xxxxxx as near as I can tell)
—- the sales date is in 2011 which seems odd for a watch which supposedly ended production in ~2006

The seller posted that he has no history of this watch. So what is it?

Millenary watches has posted a list of the Omega PICs currently for sale for 2020
    https://millenarywatches.com/omega-watches-retail-price-list/
which shows this model still available and priced at €3430.

Can you really still buy a Gen2 X-33 new?

Look who the seller was on the warranty card... that’s also unusual.

Maybe a military special order, apparently available long after it stopped production and had the Bien stamp on cards.

That Chrono24 X-33 has a blank caseback too, I was looking at that one before my current one popped up, top end pricing though and the euro exchange rate was against me.

Hi guys, I bought this exact watch OP linked.
Apparently Omega was still fulfilling special orders after discontinuing 3291.50 in 2006 and they used that ref number, which link to x-33 gen2 in omega database. So a bit unusual and unique, but nothing suspicious.

The 31892427901001 reference comes up as this description:

    W SP X-33 FACE-LIFT 42.25 TI-ST/R BLK

Case number is 055TS1862000. It comes on a strap - no bracelet shown.

    The 32915000 comes up as:

    W SP X-33 FACE-LI 42.25 TI-ST/TI-ST BLK

Case number is 055TS1861999. It comes on the bracelet.

Serial number for this watch confirms the model:

    Serial number: 91097367
    Article ref: 31892427901001

    Cheers, Al
