Just wondered if anyone has come across a Seamster Cosmic 166.022 cal. 565 similar to this one? The indices are really interesting in that they are turned and it does not seem to be a redial. I found the configuration quite unusual and having done a quick google search found another which was identical but with a bubble date crystal.

Love to know what you think. The previous Cosmic I purchased last month never arrived unfortunately and seems to have disappeared in PostNL land . I preferred that one which was a 166.035 and cal. 752.

I like it...looks really late 60's early 70's funky. Date Cosmics cal 565's is a super (almost legendary) movement. If you saw one like this with a bubble date crystal it was most probably a non Omega replacement.

Arrived today and VERY happy. Stunning dial with satin silver finish which really catches the light.

The watch is a lot dressier than expected and really can be worn with anything. Really nice size at 34mm (without crown) so it doesn't feel like a chunk on your arm and really comfortable. The retro 70s case is offset with the dressy dial and it all works.

Unfortunately not bought for me but I am reconsidering :whistling:
