Unsatisfactory Service from Omega

You're right to feel annoyed.

Wonder if customer service at the Mother Ship would be able to help. This is surprising. I have heard of people receiving new bracelets, which seemed extreme but thought it was because they didn't want to spend the time. In any big organization sometimes the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. There's probably a symphathetic ear somewhere there.

You could always try the Seattle Omega service center as that is where the OB's send their watches for service. A member of the Nesbit family is also the service center manager.
THAT is some seriously good information. This ^^^^ is what makes this forum so invaluable. 馃憤

Their phone number appears to be two zero six six two four four zero zero zero if you want to give them a call.

The Seattle service center was previously located inside a Tourbillon Boutique which closed during the pandemic. They fixed a watch for me that had an issue after being serviced by the NJ service center.

Actually, you're not supposed to be able to pick your own service center. Where you are determines which service center you're to use. Since I'm stuck with the clowns in Miami... Nesbit's it is!

My 2254.50 is back on my wrist after its first routine service and looks like new 馃榾 It arrived at Nesbit on 11.22 and it was back on my wrist on 12.23. Very pleased with Jan and my first experience with Nesbit! Now it鈥檚 ready for some pool action! 馃榾

Outstanding result! Jan is a very nice lady and is always willing to help a person out. The watchmakers do a fabulous job as well. Glad it worked out for you but I knew it would!

Just wanted to bump this thread to see if anyone else has additional insight from the past two years. I鈥檒l likely be bringing in my newly acquired 168.005 for a service and glass replacement.

To clarify, additional feedback on Nesbits.
