Unknown swiss movement

Hi,
I would appreciate if someone could help identify this no name swiss movement.
I tried to look up in bestfit and Ranfft, unfortunately, there was no match.
It is of about late 1940s or earlier. The size is about 3,75 x 9 ligne or 4 x 9,25 ligne.

Nothing in any of my reference material, either. Looks like rust, so you likely need parts. Might be tough to locate parts, even with identification.

Thanks for checking.
That's not rust, but the glue was dried up.
For unknown reason, the dial (most likely not original) was glued with the movement.
