Unknow Omega and bracelet model

HI folks, just found this beauty in my grandpa's stuff and after a long search I can't find anything on internet about this model. Found many model that look a bit like it, but there's just the omega logo and nothing more (no seamaster or deville stuff). And most of all, I can't find anything about the bracelet. I think it was a gift for him around 60's or 70's but nothing more.
Do you have any ideas ?

There are a few references like this, none are overly common, something like a 131.012 or 131.0018 powered by Calibre 600/601, also possible a 30mm calibre as there are some with similar cases too. You'll see the reference inside the case-back but might be best to get a jeweller or watchmaker to take it off for you if you don't have the tools as its easy to damage it.
