I had this watch up for sale then noticed it was no longer keeping good time, despite a fresh battery. So, that post was withdrawn and I've moved it here for someone that wants a nice watch with bracelet, but doesn't care what time it is.

Here's the orginal text...

After buying this four years ago I took it to my watchmaker for a fresh battery and just for fun we tested the waterproof rating. It failed, and he noted that someone had crazy glued the crystal on, and he offered to take a look to make it better. Well, I just recently got it back, after a 4yr stay at the watch spa 🥵 He was a bit embarrassed by the time lag, but had spent his own time and money on it, even buying a new case for it. In the intervening years I’ve purchased a new black dialled diver, and since this one isn’t getting any wrist time, well, it’s now up for grabs.

If I’ve asked the googles correctly, what we have here is a c’72 Seiko. The watch measures 37mm without the crown. It works great and has (yet another) fresh battery. The only downside is that the bezel turns too easily. Some say that’s an easy fix, I have no idea. The dial is in great condition, and has a ss or ss-coloured bilingual day/date wheel). The bracelet is included and is sized for my 17cm wrist, but extra links are included as shown below. But wait, there’s more! The original case & bezel is included as shown below, if you’d like it.

$95 $45CAD, shipping to Canada and US included. In-person pick up in Vancouver, BC, would be fun. Shipping to other locations possible with any needed top up for shipping. Payment is net to me by Etransfer, PayPal or Wize.

This would make a fun daily or your favourite beater. Who’s in?!

I am a hobbyist, not a store, so no returns unless I’ve completely lied or sent you souvenir teaspoons instead. The pictures form part of the description, so please feel encouraged to ask questions in advance. I have plenty of references here on the forum and on Etsy (selling leather goods, not watches).

Thanks for looking, and a big thanks to the forum for this space 👍
