·Hello all,
I am going into my final year of University, as part of the course (Mechanical Engineering) I am required to produce a final project and related dissertation. I would love to do it on some aspect of watch movements/watchmaking as it's an interest of mine, but I am struggling to come up with a possible project tile and project.
The criteria:
-The topic must be one of little to no previous exploration
-Must be mechanical engineering related - the more maths and physics involved the better.
- Able to write 9000 words on said topic and project outcomes
-To have a related project which is the main basis of my discussion - the project doesn't have to be physical it can be a simulation. I have access to CNC and tooling but have a limited budget, also the smallest CNC drill bit available is 3mm.
Any and all suggestions very much welcomed!
