That watch and that bracelet together are ... ROSE GOLD OVERLOAD.
I love it.
EDIT: Too bad about the script, with the word "Genève" it looks a bit ... hand-drawn? And there's a disconnect between the "E" and the "R" in "Universal", they are not on the same line. Looks like the dial has been re-"finished" / lines redrawn by hand in the script. Pity.

I think the script might be rather engraved than printed.

Bit suspect. No movement pics to support "21 jewel adjusted 5 positions". Wouldn't that make it a chronometer and be inscribed on dial?

I'd rather think this is a Jaeger or LeCoultre than a Vacheron. No idea why they come up with the Vacheron connection anyway other than the clasp. However: never seen one without a name on it before. Pics are not that sharp anyway so it may even be a redial
Edit: had contact with seller. He sent a pic of the inside caseback. Jaeger movement, reference and serial number so 0 VC connection besides the clasp. Asking was already lowered to 10k. Complete joke
