The dial looks to be in excellent condition. I understand your concern. I don't think it is original to the watch. However, the dial looks and is original. It ticks all the boxes of a later e-issue. see sala page 361 ref 22279 and 22283

dial looks great. I don’t understand what they mean by the terms “restoration”. Perhaps they mean cleaning, not reprinting? Anyhow I think the comment is unjustified. Can’t date the case because serial is blurred.

·someone has spent a long time black polishing each part of that movement. It must have taken a very long time ... That is what they mean with restoration. It looks spectacular !
