I like the look, but would worry that any attempt to clean up the discolouration (rust staining?...) on the dial would end up making it worse.

redail. some of the hands are wrong. missing case correctors probably very hard to find.

At first I thought this could be an interesting clue in the relationship between UG and Zenith, but after a little research I see that in the USA Zenith watches did not own the name, it belonged to Zenith Electronics until 2000, so I assume this is probably in reference to the electronics company not the watch company....
